Is this a dead project? it has not been updated since 2022 and non of the issues get answered,

Cuckoo is accepting contributions, but otherwise is in maintenance mode except for some long-term plans I have. Last year it was migration to SwiftSyntax and next up is switching up of Sourcery for SwiftFormat, but I haven't hit the ground on that yet.

There's also Mockolo by Uber, which seems to be maintained actively at the moment.
