Change the encoding of source files to UTF-8 please #4

As written in title, current encoding of the source files is ANSI, not UTF-8.
Because of that, the "Frédéric" is not displayed correctly and sometime cause a compile error.
To solve this problem, I folked your repository but I hope this is corrected on your original repo.
