Please update the script with the new versions of software like KDE Plasma 6.

like the name. The name is KDE Plasma 5, but its 6 now.

Update the script with new versions of software

Related to MatMoul#229

Update the script to include the new versions of software like KDE Plasma 6.

* Replace references to KDE Plasma 5 with KDE Plasma 6.
* Add version checks for critical software components: `linux`, `linux-lts`, `linux-zen`, `linux-hardened`, `grub`, `syslinux`, `systemd-boot`, `refind`, `dhcpcd`, and `networkmanager`.
* Update kernel versions listed in the script to the latest versions.
* Update file system tools listed in the script to the latest versions.
* Update bootloaders listed in the script to the latest versions.
* Update network tools listed in the script to the latest versions.
* Update additional tools listed in the script to the latest versions.
* Remove red parentheses from various lines in the script, because somehow that makes errors in Copilot Workspace when trying to make a PR.
