[Feature Request] Windows 10 support

Thanks for this awesome open source shader. I tried this shader on my Win 10 Computer but it didn't work.
So is it possible to add Win 10 support?

It's possible only on 1.16.100 or earlier versions because the rendering engine had been changed from 1.16.200 (HLSL to Render Dragon). I converted this shader to HLSL and sent a pull-request to this repository and am waiting for that it will get merged.
