I am using this data: https://physionet.org/content/mimic-iv-demo-omop/0.9/ to do testing with the OMOP pipeline. Perhaps this can be used for OMOP unit tests in the future?

Note: you need to remove the prefixes from: 2b_concept.csv,
2b_concept_relationship.csv,
2b_vocabulary.csv

This is a good idea, though I suggest waiting to fix until #51 is decided (though that ETL should use this demo data for testing if we go that route)
