"Invalid cover image extension" for *.jpeg #33

If cover image extension *.jpeg instead of *.jpg process aborts with error:

Error generating Epub
ERROR: System.Exception: Invalid cover image extension!

jpeg and jpg are same, just add *.jpeg to allowed extensions list.
