Description

Steps to reproduce the problem :

Use Galactic frame
Enable "angular distance computation"
Draw a line

Expected behavior

The angular distance is displayed at the middle of the line

Actual behavior

The angular distance is not displayed

Another problem with galactif :
when distance is too small, the line is not drawn.
