Points outside north azimuthal 2D mars view

Go to mars' north pole, go to 2D and make visible the landing layer.
Zoom out, some points are displayed outside the view.

It seem that there is not a good test for displaying points in PointSpriteRenderer.js (CSBound is inside)

In the current version, points are below the relief. The current scenario is :
As user, I want to see the shape (points, polygon) above the relief en 3D/2D projection. The height of points according to the relief must take account of "elevation scale" (see configuration for WCS)
