Improve CDN cachability

There's a lot of globally dynamic stuff on the site - for example, every page on the forum has the "lastest posts" sidebar, which means any post invalidates all of the cached pages for the whole site. If this could post-load through javascript and a separate dynamic page, it could theoretically give significant improvements to performance.
