Background info for Tyrone:
You are the military leader of an interstellar xenophobic and militaristic human empire. And as it is the 23rd century you will need some at least somewhat futuristic looking uniform fitting a militaristic head of state.
Especially the last part of the speech is a big reference to starship troopers as well as memes originating from it. So knowing the source material should definitely help to deliver that part in the right way.

Then you see Tyrone fade in with his uniform (no kekistani emblems please) sitting at the desk starting the first paragraph in a half serious have comedic tone.

"Fellow brothers and sisters, people of the Commonwealth of Man, this is Sky Marshal Tyrone speaking. Do you remember the old days? Lots of boredom, nothing happening... That's why some eggheads came up with the More Events Mod. Oh man, nowadays I don't even know where to look first.
