feat: chicken reps

On a daily, there are entries in the #the-phalanx-of-the-chickens channel which are used to measure the reps done by a person throughout the day.
There is a need to automate manually counting, and the murgi bot will assist with this.

This issue can be linked to feature upgrades that involve,

• tracking the number of reps made by murgi members.
• providing an EOD report on the reps made by the murgi clan.
• statistical analysis of the data retrieved.
