The TRAPI version reported by reasoner_validator.trapi.get_trapi_version() has the 'v' prefix (i.e. "v1.4.2") whereas, the Biolink Version reported by reasoner_validator.biolnk.get_biolink_version() lacks the 'v' (i.e. "3.5.0")

We should perhaps be consistent one way or another... probably add the 'v' back into the biolink version?
