Add measurement-specific templates for disabling/hiding certain fields

If the user does the measurement of the type 'xxx' only the fields that are relevant for 'xxx' should be enabled (or, maybe, visible altogether). Think about the way to specify measurement templates (config file?).

I think it should be possible to prevent the unwanted UI widgets from being shown at all. I'm not sure how this would affect the UI layout though. Maybe it will get messed up in certain situations. On the other hand, simply disabling the unwanted widgets is easy and won't affect the layout.

If you implement this, you might also want to hide UI tabs that don't contain any relevant widgets.
