After #273, migrate over the root and strip it to basics with an empty homepage and using the App widget in devs.near
devs.near/widget/App rather than buildhub.near/widget/app.view.

This will require updating devs.near to use the correct App module.
I believe bos-workspace-docs currently has the best version.
