In previous version of yadism a DAMPPOWER key was supported for each heavy quark: https://github.com/NNPDF/yadism/blob/cc4bcb354cd07f6aa9f7e9a2a0cc0cf5feb05e7d/src/yadism/runner.py#L136-L139

We should provide support for the same but now in pineko.
