• WCOSS2s : /lfs/h2/emc/dump/noscrub/dump/experimental_obs

• Add new directory (Version update needed if fix)

Throughout 20210301 to 20210731, we do not need obs between 20210401 and 20210531.

As of now, the gdas observation are ready to use requested by #2706, now we need gfs observation-

@apchoiCMD I believe I have now pulled the provided gfs experimental obs into the Hera experimental_obs folder. Please check and confirm: /scratch1/NCEPDEV/global/glopara/data/experimental_obs

Once confirmed, we will sync them to the other supported platforms.

@KateFriedman-NOAA Thanks Kate- I have checked some folders and confirmed what they are supposed be- But regarding this issue (probably extension of #2706 ) Could you please update gdas.YYYYMMDD folders specially icec. The marine team added more sea-ice observations in the late 2024 for the further testing with them- The main pick up location is the same at /scratch1/NCEPDEV/da/common/
Example folder is like /scratch1/NCEPDEV/global/glopara/data/experimental_obs/gdas.20210601/00/ocean/icec
