Like chlorophyll and some other variables, the U and V components of currents have two seperate EPIC Key codes. These seem to be connected with 2D (RCM) and 3D (ADCP) instruments... we can unify these variables with little concern

Vcurr, Ucurr would be suggested (and V_321 or v_1205 ? if EPIC flavor needs to be maintained?)
