[BUG] Cifar 10 realworld example - limitation on GPU mem #3197

Describe the bug
I have a 70 GB system client. 68 GB is free

To Reproduce
I do exactly like the tutorial. The system work with 64 GB

Expected behavior
It would run fine with 65 GB GPU

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: Linux
Python Version 3.9.18
NVFlare Version 2.5.2

Is there any bug that related to the limitation of nvflare gpu memory configuration?

When I change the setting in meta.json of job folder and local resource for all client, it said that not enough site has enough resource
