功能介绍

监听教务处官网下方教学通知，在出现新通知时发送该通知

可以模仿 zaobot/weather 插件，把爬取写到 task 里面。这样既可以使用指令 jiaowu jw 教务 等来获取最新通知，也可以固定时间推送。获取的历史通知可以存放在数据库中。
