Rendering issues when paired with immediately fast

below are images of the tab list and chat background rendering over top of everything and showing while teleporting (hence the black screen). another issue not depicted is the construction block texture displaying stone instead of the servers custom texture

Only reasonable fix here is to make it impossible to use the optimizations when also using ImmediatelyFast, seems like it just messes with the rendering in weird ways.
