No switch to edit mode in mobile document editor

Expected Behavior

When requesting the document with a mobile version of a browser (tested with FF and Chrome for Android) i am served the mobile view of the editor. As in the standard editor i should have the option to switch between read and edit modes.

Actual Behavior

There is no possibility to switch from read to edit mode (neither a toolbar icon nor a menu entry)

Reproduction Steps

• Open editor in view mode from mobile device (or with a corresponding user agent)
• Try to switch to edit mode
