Imlements issue 75 - Structure Field Information missing in AML
Adds an AdditionalInformation field to attributes that are not necessarily needed by instances and SystemUnitClasses.
AdditionInformation OpcUa:TypeOnly is a trigger delete whatever attribute it is attached to at the end of the conversion
Modified all tests to account for longer conversion times.
