Add a question asking if a stop is serviced irregularly only. #275

I agree that it would make sense to tag this. The question is: what would be the appropriate tagging? Does https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:on_demand%3Dyes describe what you think of? Based on the wiki this is only added to routes and not individual platforms. Also ideally we find a way to avoid asking this question for every platform, because most of the time the answer will be "no". |

No.
`on_demand=yes` is for services to be ordered, which is a different
aspect than what I mean.
I mean services indifferent to ordering, which only use a stop in case
of diversion, in case of replacement service, or in case of the vehicle
coming from the depot in the morning or returning to the depot in the
evening.
Also ideally we find a way to avoid asking this question for every
platform, because most of the time the answer will be "no".
Correct.
Maybe only an advanced option?
(Also, the scope of this app seems similar to "StreetComplete", with a
narrower and more special scope. Maybe combining efforts and
integrating the efforts of this project into "StreetComplete" also is a
good solution? StreetComplete also has already a lot of questions
regarding accessibility, and questions regarding public transport.)

Okay I got it. Thanks for the explanation. I couldn't find any pre-existing way of tagging this in OSM. not_served_by seems related but it doesn't fit our use case. In some cases tagging disused may be reasonable but certainly not for every case. Perhaps a tag like |
[not_served_by](https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:not_served_by) seems related but it doesn't fit our use case.
I think so, too.
In some cases tagging
[disused](https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:disused) may be reasonable but certainly not for every case.
I think `disused` is not the appropriate thing here, since it is
generally kept in order to actually be used _when needed_.
Perhaps a tag like
`served=yes/no/regularly/irregularly/on_demand/...` should be
proposed.
This might be a good proposal!

Idea
There are stops that are served not on regular schedule, but only on diversion, for tram replacement service, or by vehicles coming from the depot or returning to it.
Add a question asking for that type of servicing.
Regards!
