Making navbar responsive

Currently the navbar is not responsive. I can make it responsive

I hope you are doing well.

My name is Aakanksha Singh, and I am a participant in the Girlscript Summer of Code (GSSoC) 2024. I am very interested in working on this issue because I believe the project can be made more useful if allowed to make the navigation bar responsive, as currently they don't connect to anything.
