changing ui of main page with a footer ,adding a logo and description about how the site works

hello @Omkar-Sonawane-23 I'm kritika a gssoc24 contibutor.
I looked into your project and found that the ui of main page does not look intresting.

----CHANGES I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE-----

1. I have thought on designing a background and logo matching the type of your project .
2. the search bar can be enhanced and brought to the centre of the page with a short drop down list for some things that can be searched
3. we can also add a bit of description of how this site works like an introduction.
4. i also saw that u gave the link of readme file so we can make it a button and add to footer at the end .

i hope u consider my idea .
Kindly assign me this issue with gssoc and level label (i will work on all these issues all together so a kind request to give me level2 or level3 . U wont be disapponted by the changes ).
