Description:

Wrong reference by value in NotificationSubscriptionService

Impact:

Affecting all versions v2.1.3 on, NotificationSubscriptionService is containing the whole body of notifications instead to simply refer them by name

Solutions:

2.5.0: the patch allows to augment the NotificationSubscriptionService with the correct references by name, it is recommended to leave empty the references by value and use the augment defined in tapi-patch1-notification.yang, tapi-patch1-notification.tree
2.6.0: correct the YANG (manual editing)
