macos install issues

Hi everyone,

This is Ciaran from Oka sensei's team. Thank you very much for the invite to the organisation, I'm really looking forward to using InferenceQL.

It was mentioned in the meeting and in the documentation that there are known issues with the MacOS install. As we are MacOS users, I want to make sure the issues are fixed/ docs are updated before I install InferenceQL.

If the docs are updated please let me know.
