segfault in AENC_StrBuf on MMB LEAK

Issue description

Majestic in normal mode, two video streams (rtsp) with audio. Segfault with kernel message after 5-10 seconds when both streams are working.

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable both video rtsp streams with audio
2. Start Majestic
3. Open vlc for video0 and video1
