Populate region object list (or scenario/save) with objects from folder

Creating lists of dependent objects for regions, scenarios and save games in editor is either impossible or extremely tedious currently. It would be great to be able to a) copy/paste them between each other, and b) populate the lists from a folder of objects (since this is just a list already).
