There seems to be a problem with movie generation in Linux.

  • Add tests that check that HDF can write and read properly.

#78 adds a test to check the issue and shows everything working correctly. Apparently the problem was that I was opening the .xdmf using Paraview from windows to access the files generated by semba-fdtd compiled and run in an Ubuntu WSL. Paraview seems to have issues reading files directly from the WSL.
