I either downloaded the mod by subscribing on the Steam Workshop, or I am using the official Gamebanana mirror
I have checked that I am running the latest version of Epiphany
I am playing on v1.7.9b of The Binding of Isaac: Repentance
I have tried installing either the 'Mod Error Container' mod or Repentogon before filing this issue
What Happened?
as the title says, even if only the Epiphany mod and Repentogon are enabled, entering runs will freeze the game, doesn't matter with what character, or if it's a challenge

No response
Steps to Reproduce the Issue
enable both Repengon and Epiphany(disable all other mods if necessary)
From what I can see, the cause of this issue is your save file. Something has caused it to severely bloat in size. Your best bet is deleting it, as the person who knows how to restore these files properly is busy.
You can use this command to unlock the things you had once you get a fresh file. epiphany debug unlock [ach_name].
The achievements are formatted like this;
Character: character_name (ex. character_judas)
Achievement: item_name (ex. empty_deck)
If you don't remember what you had, I can look through the file and retrieve a list. Sadly I don't know of a way to restore stuff like total items debugged (for the Eden holds an extra item achievement).
Sorry for the trouble, I hope this helps.

Additional Context
I've been testing for the last hour with different mod combinations until I realized that if it didn't work on its own, the problem was deeper
