the data needs to be reviewed:

optical (weird shapes etc.) via http://kap.grade.de/int-chart-ol2.html
missing chart numbers, names, coords, ... (.pdf /.csv)
coords wrong, eg. E<W or N<S (.ods/.xls)
...
found these so far: http://wiki.openseamap.org/wiki/OpenSeaMap-dev:Catalogue_of_INT_Charts#bugs

researching correct values should be next step...
