Therapy: Rendezvous instead of wait

One for your maybe later list: Would like to see pawn's decision to wait for therapy replaced. Current method of waiting blocks progress, and the pawn will lose more mood in waiting while the therapist is busy, sleeping, etc. Psychology contains the way I imagine it should be working.
