Describe the bug
Mechanitor Lifter mechs wandering aimlessly while tasks are available.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Select 'Lifter 1' mech
2. Click on 'Draft'
3. Click on 'Draft'
4. Nothing happens

Please disregard/delete. I was able to fix the issue by killing and resurrecting the units and controlling them once again.
