Fix checking for updates when running as a Docker container #197

Describe the bug
Currently update check is looking for nix64 versions via updates.kanmail.io, but Docker has different handling.

Easiest fix is probably just pull the latest from GitHub, because Docker hub doesn't provide any useful way.
