Transition private<>public

Right now the choice is made once at sign up but then the user cannot go back and change that or transition to public later.

We need to discuss if we want to make this like rapid in which users can switch from private to public back and forth. The workflow on how that works is not streamlined on rapid either as we learned from user feedback. However, users tend to like to have that option.

This also needs improvement on the UI side as readability and accessibility of content is currently a problem.
