Describe the bug

Loading either the Sample or Default database doesn't create a default Agenda Item

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Load the database
2. Login to the Talawa Admin portal
3. Add an agenda item to an event
4. There is no agenda item category in the drop down menu
5. You get an error when you click on Create Agenda Item

Expected behavior

1. A default Agenda Item must be selectable
2. No other functionality must be affected
3. All tests for correcting this issue must be thorough and valid

Hey @palisadoes, I wanted to get a better understanding of the issue at hand.
While creating a new agenda item, I can see a drop down menu with 'Default'. Do I have to add the functionality so that the 'Default' agenda category is already selected?

I am getting a file conversion error while trying to import the production data. But the issue is fixed for sample data.

hey @palisadoes actually I have checked both sample data + production sample data they are now working fine, There was a error of nanoid() which was occurring when importing production data as @vaibhavityagi mentioned, I have fixed that too. should I raise a pull request for that. I have made some changes for dynamic import of the data.
