[BUG] Hybrid jobs demo doesn't work because of AspenM3 being retired #1292

The hybrid jobs demo (https://pennylane.ai/qml/demos/getting_started_with_hybrid_jobs) no longer works because the AspenM3 device is retired (https://docs.aws.amazon.com/braket/latest/developerguide/braket-submit-tasks.html#braket-qpu-partner-rigetti no longer lists it).

Solution here is to temporarily add a note about this or use another device

We are adding a warning to the demo in #1291
