Confusion about the calculation of model parameters??

Hello, I used the same parameter calculation code to calculate the parameters of STDAN and your teacher model, as shown in the following figure. However, the parameter amount of STDAN is 223.93K, while the parameter amount of HLTP teacher model is 2908.65K. Please help me check whether my parameter calculation code is correct.
