PREFIX env var with space

Describe the bug
When using the PREFIX env var, you can not use a space after your prefix, in the case you want your commands to look like "Bot play xyz". This can be set manually in the core settings.json file if and only if no PREFIX is set in the docker env

Run command

docker run -v /local/folder/for/persistence:/data -e PREFIX="Bot " phasecorex/red-discordbot
