Please add speed 1200 to the possible selections for a rotator.
The SPID rotator ROT1PROG only supports 1200 baud. The possible selections now are: 4800, 9600, 19200 and 38400.

I will add this speed in the config menu.
The workaround actually is to manual edit the config file.
