Add a third container to the mix to run nginx.

Requirements:

Nginx intermediates all requests to the pico engine
No pod APIs are exposed.
LetsEncrypt handles the TLS.
Docker Compose starts nginx container along with the pico engine and pod server.

Those instructions work whether you're on EC2 or not, BTW.
