Agent for Assesing Potlock Project Page Quality

also an agent that detects if likely a scam
reccomendations to imrpove the quality
- use compelte sentences
- link more socilas (many of times this is already enforced in front end)
- quality of iamges and brand recognition
- lakc of team members, or team mbers dont have porifles
- lack of posts
- low balance account, low transactions
