Soothing Rains rank 1: (16187)
"Increases the amount healed by your Healing Wave Stream Totem by 25% and your Healing Rain spell by 15%.

Soothing Rains rank 2: (16205)
"Increases the amount healed by your Healing Wave Stream Totem by 50% and your Healing Rain spell by 30%.

It's currently not doing anything at all, anyone knowing/having a fix for this?

So i got this affecting the Totem, but i'd need to rewrite Healing Rain to, due to add support to that ^^ Also i need to override the Totem, because currently it's healing double xD -.-
