Maybe we could kick this off by creating a list of tutorials we want on our repo, or by listing out what each of us could contribute - maybe creating a template/guidelines for tutorial submissions will be helpful as well.

Can you get started on creating guidelines for the same?
Tutorials may vary vastly based on the topics they are about.
