Summary

/911e doesn't pass all arguments to alerts

Reproduction

  1. Set job to ambulance (to receive alerts)
  2. Type /911e Medic needed now!
  3. You should receive an alert with only Medic
    image

Expected behavior

Receive the complete text message passed in the command.

Actual behavior

You only receive the first word.

Additional context

qbx policejob has a similar issue opened here: Qbox-project/qbx_police#150
