Use changelogs to better migration notice

At the moment it is difficult to find out what has changed in each chart version increase without checking the code. Artificathub has a changelog feature that allows specifying notes and it will make it easier to mention important changes in the chart that can later be added to the release notes of the RADAR-Kubernetes.
