Update about page to add new contributors

The about page needs to include new contributors who make a pull request to the repository.

Possible implementation options:

1. Brute force -Update manually with current contributors

2. Update the layout of the about page to allow a section for contributors
   If necessary could consider moving the testers to a different section or link to a section of the devprocess readme on GitHub which would contain the contributors.

Bonus implementation: Implement a way to automatically get current contributors listed in the readme for this repository or devprocess.readme
