Import Feature Data into GeoNode from File Geodatabase

As a user I need to be able to import feature data from a file geodatabase into PostGIS or GeoGit so that I can use the data in GeoNode.

Acceptance Criteria

• In the GeoNode import UI, browse to a file geodatabase and select a layer
• Select the rest of the options for import in the GeoNode interface
• Select PostGIS (or GeoGit) as a the destination

@ScottEvil are we ok to punt on this specific requirement until after TD2? The geotools ogr module has turned out to be pretty flaky and Im reluctant to rely on it for this. Seems like exporting from ArcGIS into shapefiles and then importing to geogit (once #1 is complete) will suffice for now.
