Clear and concise description of the problem

使用的平台:Windows 0.3.3
希望增加影片平台登陸功能
例如Youtube在登陸的情況下 即便不跳出Follow 觀看完影片
帳號也會留下觀看紀錄
這樣才可以防止在Youtube打開時此影片不被視為已觀看而被重複推送
